  • Do not store critical or irreplaceable information solely in Boske
  • Regularly export and backup important conversations
  • Keep copies of uploaded documents in separate storage
  • Treat Alpha as a testing environment, not a production system

Our services during the Alpha phase may experience:

  • Scheduled maintenance windows (we'll try to notify in advance when possible)
  • Unscheduled downtime due to critical bug fixes or infrastructure updates
